Portly

Running intervals, i.e. "Interval Training" is incredible.  I started out doing 1 minute running, 1 minute walking, 8 times during a workout.  It kicked my ass in the beginning, but in and incredibly short time, my body has already adapted.  I've never benefited from a workout this fast.

I can't wait to see how far this goes.  I think my goal is going to be 30 minutes of strenuous cardio while carrying 140 pounds of extra weight.
