I Want All the Monies
My rule for this kind of bullshit is that it stops, or I benefit from it. Preferably both.

Requiem for a Partnership, Part 11
We signed the Operating Agreement last week. Last Wednesday, in fact. Its been so long that I forgot to come on here and make a big deal about it. We are not completely finished with this bullshit, as the details concerning the extra investment I am making have to be pulled out into a separate debt agreement.
It is possible a nasty debate could erupt again however in order to prevent this, I made sure that the last time we discussed this stuff I got her to repeat our basic agreement in her own words, in an email. She was a little annoyed because I had to ask her three times to repeat everything in a single email, but as soon as she did, I saved the email for all of time. The very next time she tried to re-open that conversation, I quoted her own words at her and implied that it was that way or the highway. The matter appears to have been settled.
I have learned a lot in the past few years. Drexel taught me how to work with brilliantly smart people. Amazon taught me how to work with passive-aggressive, insecure little bitches. Microsoft taught me how to deal with deadly Machiavellians. But it is this start up that taught me how to deal with a type of person even more difficult than all of those: the non tech person. The severely non tech person. Maybe I should really say the anti-tech person. But I think I have it figured out.

If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear.
So this guy got searched. I don't understand what is problem was. If he wasn't breaking the law, why did he object to being searched like that? /s

Halloween
So, I decided to be Waldo for Halloween so that girls would come up to me and say "I found you." So then I walked around Capitol Hill for three hours and a lot of girls said "I found you!" or whatever. So I got that going for me, which is nice.
