My Car was Raped, Part 3

The manager at my apartment has suddenly became scarce that we need to arrange getting my stuff back to me.  I have a few ideas.  The first one was his:

1. she gives my stuff to the apartment manager, and he gives it to me
2. he gives her my contact info
3. he gives me her contact info

Its really...I am so close to having my stuff back.  But not he seems like he is not answering my emails now.  I am thinking about just going to the DMV to get a new registration after all.
